InnerCHANGE Crosswalk

Crosswalk offers a proactive, redemptive, and long-term solution for the world’s poor by identifying emerging spiritual leaders from the margins, and providing them with training, financial support, and ongoing individual mentoring. Our goal is to remove the obstacles for those who are gifted and called to ministry and to launch them into full-time service in their own, or other poor neighborhoods in the U.S and internationally. We see this as a way of partnering with God in empowering the marginalized and transforming communities from the inside out.

We contextualize our approach to fit each city, but in every location, our teams focus on walking with, developing, and discipling those whom the world despises and excludes, whether it’s orphans in South Africa, street children in Guatemala, or people living with HIV/AIDS in Cambodia.

Crosswalk was created as a response to the cultural and contextual obstacles that face emerging leaders from marginalized communities. Because Crosswalk leaders lack initial funding, support-raising training, and financial connections, we provide financial support and intensive coaching as they move toward complete self-funding.
